GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY.
An official groundbreaking ceremony was held in October 2025.

Betts Parkway and Peele Road will provide easy access to major transportation routes and make it a prime destination for businesses seeking to expand or relocate. Plus, it is anticipated the development will create nearly 300 jobs and generate over $43 million in total economic output upon full buildout.
