Rocky Mount Industrial Village
A 55-ACRE INDUSTRIAL PARK.
Just minutes from I-95, US-64 (soon to be I-87) and the Carolina Connector Intermodal, Rocky Mount Industrial Village offers ready-to-customize buildings designed for growing companies.
The first phase will be on the north side of the highway-divided Village and the five buildings shown in these renderings will soon be under construction.
Basic specifications for the five structures
- Total square footage of each building will be determined by the end user
- All buildings are built on 6-inch slabs
- All buildings are built as shells that can be easily customized to specific needs
- All buildings are 36-foot-high with 32-foot clearance
For illustrative purposes, here are renderings of the typical buildings anticipated to be constructed in the Rocky Mount Industrial Village. The park is ideal for light manufacturing, assembly, service providers, and last mile logistics companies. It can accommodate buildings ranging in size from 20,000 to 200,000 square feet.
GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY.
An official groundbreaking ceremony was held in October 2025.
The strategic location at the intersection of Thomas A. Betts Parkway and Peele Road will provide easy access to major transportation routes and make it a prime destination for businesses seeking to expand or relocate. Plus, it is anticipated the development will create nearly 300 jobs and generate over $43 million in total economic output upon full buildout.
