tarboro commerce center
Ripe with opportunity.
The Tarboro Commerce Center is ripe with opportunity. An industrial park totaling 95.7 acres, with 38.8 available, you have room to build. It is pad ready and partially cleared. Hitachi Astemo, an auto parts manufacturer, Prudential Stainless & Alloys, a global distributer of stainless steel, and Piedmont Natural Gas are tenants in the park. Located in the Town of Tarboro within Edgecombe County, the site is serviced by the Town of Tarboro (for power, water and sewer) and Piedmont Natural Gas. The Commerce Center is adjacent to US 64 on McNair Road.
The Tarboro Commerce Center takes advantage of the work already underway to convert U.S. Hwy 64 to the future interstate I-87, which will connect to the Wilmington and Norfolk ports. As another important logistical connection, the CSX railroad corridor, known as the Carolina Connector, is within a short drive. We call this combined ability to use land, sea and air to transport products the North Carolina Logistics Highway.
This gives you complete control and flexibility over your company’s supply chain strategy and the ability to leverage competitive advantages created by each mode of transport. Wherever your goods need to travel, there is a logistical solution waiting to get them there.
Let the Tarboro Commerce Center be the next place your business calls home.
