Connecting industries with the workforce is at the heart of the Carolinas Gateway Partnership.
At the request of industries in the Carolinas Gateway region, the Partnership created the Human Resources Taskforce in 2020 to combat recruitment and retention challenges. The Taskforce is designed to regularly bring together the human resources directors from area industries for collaborating, networking, and regional incentives.
